Philadelphia/
BACKGROUND: In the food truck world, securing a prime location is crucial for success. A good spot can mean the difference between thriving or struggling.
CHALLENGE: With limited parking and intense competition, many food truck owners are forced to compromise, sometimes even on the quality of their ingredients — to stay afloat.
INSIGHT: Access to a top location is often more valuable than saving on ingredient costs. If given the right incentive, truck owners would be willing to upgrade their offerings.
SOLUTION: We rented the best private parking spots in New York’s busiest areas and offered them exclusively to food trucks that switched from generic cream cheese to Philadelphia. This way, operators got better visibility, more customers, and free parking - while food lovers could easily find trucks serving the creamy taste of  Philly.
